仕事内容

Lead New Technology Integration transfer and matching to ensure Fab ramp success.　Responsible for factory product yield improvement and meeting all customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with all internal department to customer, including integration, process engineering, and manufacturing.
Advanced device technology development projects, device target setting, process scheme definition, and process scheme characterization.
Planning and setting priorities for execution of customer requests and delivery schedules.
Coordinate overall yield improvement / defect reduction / quality enhancement and new process technology qualification.
Coordinate X-fabs integration platform with an aim for engineering excellence.
Satisfactory customer interaction and issue handling from Fab side.

仕事内容

Lead new technology transfers, production line set up / maintenance, team establishment, quality / productivity improvement to ensure the whole production process smoothly.
Elevate Engineering and Manufacturing excellence in PVD/DIF/CVD/CMP/LIT/ETCH (either one) field

Module process / equipment fundamental improvement.
Innovate and seize opportunities for wafer quality / productivity improvement.
Work with Process integration / Manufacturing / Yield improvement / Cross module team to sustain high quality wafer production / delivery.
Proactively identify talent and continuously develop team members with a deliberate roadmap.
Sustain ownership of day-to-day operations, equipment troubleshooting and mentoring engineers, Resources planning, task prioritization, and related cross-function management work.

Languages: Japanese: Full Professional Proficiency or Native / Bilingual Proficiency
English: Limited Working Proficiency or above
